Dear Mr Caron, About a month ago I hired a bus from you to take guests to and from St Emilion, departing from Bordeaux.  I am happy to say that the day’s outing was a complete success and the transport was excellent.  The comfort, punctuality and courtesy of your driver were all as they should be.
