Everyone loved Fabrice so much, he was so efficient, so careful as a driver and went out of his way to make sure we were able to go where we wanted to. He made a lot of effort to plan our route in such a way that our time was well spent anywhere we went. He has a very good sense of humor, we enjoyed the hours in the coach. He speaks very good English and it helped because we were able to communicate well with him. Really, no one has a complain.
