Dear Arnaud, I just wanted to thank you for the fabulous service you provided for our guests on the various coaches booked. They all said how fabulous the service was, from easy collection at the airport to the politeness of the driver.  You were so punctual and so easy to arrange and deal with.  Thank you for making this part of the day so effortless.  It all added up to the most wonderful day and the most wonderful week for all of our guests.  I shall highly recommend you to anyone wanting to hire coaches in France.
