The logistics of transporting the guests were extremely complex: the guests were staying in several different locations, some accommodations were located on small roads inaccessible to larger buses, and the events were taking place on two consecutive days. To top it all off, we experienced significant delays in resolving the transport issues; all the companies we contacted refused, except Toursud, which handled everything with elegance, kindness, and professionalism.

Our traveling group of 38 booked through Toursud for round-trip transit in July between Brest airport and Quimper, another one-way trip on the same route, and three round-trip transits to locations in the area around Quimper during the week. I can say without any hesitation that all of our experiences were outstanding: on-time (or early) arrivals for pickup and drop-off, incredibly friendly and flexible drivers, and the coaches, themselves, were all clean and neat. When we experienced flight delays our contacts at Toursud were quickly responsive, no matter the hour, and worked diligently to accommodate our updated schedule - they took all of the worry out of the process, something for which we will be eternally grateful. A truly smooth and wonderful experience all around - and all at a completely reasonable cost. Absolutely a great service we rented a return bus from the airport and a bus for a day trip. We had a problem around the wrong times created by ourselves and Toursud fix this issue while we were in the air flying to start our holiday. I organised a legal conference in Amiens and Ypres and Toursud provided the transport. The Service was exceptional. Arnaud made sure that everything was handled clearly , promptly and without fuss. I organised a trip for 21 people from Lyon Airport in to the French Alps. Toursud Coach Hire was responsive and efficient from the first point of contact. The Coach itself was 5 Star on both sectors and our driver Mr. Oliver, was very pleasant and helpful. Roads in and out of the Alps are very busy in high season and Toursud made contact mid week to advise us to consider leaving earlier to ensure on time arrival for our return flight. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again for our next trip.

We used Toursud for bus transports for over 140 wedding guests at a venue in Villveyrac from 2 nearby towns where most of the guests were staying.
Arnaud & the team were very useful and quick to respond and the buses dropped off and collected our guests with no problem. it was great being able to deal with Toursud in English as well. they even put signs on the buses with the wedding party name on. very professional service.

He answered all my questions immediately and provided absolutely everything we needed. Our driver Cerdic was fantastic - he understood exactly what our group of wine lovers needed - he gave us three days, showed us all the famous vineyards and got us everywhere we wanted on time and in order. Can I start by saying we were totally impressed with the level of communication prior to our arrival.
Mr Freddy our driver was absolutely first class, a real gentleman.
His driving skills are outstanding and he assisted one of our group who was using a mobility scooter. Without even being asked.

We have just returned from a super weekend of Rugby in La Rochelle with the Navan RFC u12's. Toursud coordinated all of our transfers from 2 airports, Nantes and Bordeaux, and our base on Isle de Re without a single incident. Punctual and efficient! They were also available to transfer us in and out to our games and the Top 14 match which finished late on Sunday night! This match was rescheduled from Sat to Sun at short notice and Arnaud worked hard to manage the changes and ensured we were properly catered for. I would have no hesitation in using Toursud again in the future.

We used Toursud's coach charter service in France for 9 days in October 2023. Excellent service! On time every morning! Clean, modern luxury coaches with VERY HELPFUL Tour Drivers. No problem was too big to solve. The Driver(s) took great care of our Tour Group (Rugby Players and Parents), and in narrow roads and peak traffic delivered us safely to the front of the Hotel doors each time day. Only use Toursud when in France. You will be very happy that you did!

I booked a mini bus to take my cricket touring party to our venue at Chateaux Giscours 45 minutes outside of Bordeaux.
From morning pick up to evening drop back the process could not have been easier.
Our driver was a lovely chap - very helpful and friendly and arrived promptly in the morning for collection at our hotel and again in the evening at the Chateaux for the journey back.

I booked a bus for 30 cruise ship passengers from Brest to Quimper, with a stop in Locronan on the way back to the ship. Our Toursud buses were the only buses outside of the ship’s excursions that were licensed to pick us up and drop us off on the dock right next to our ship. Our driver, Frederique, was excellent, accommodating our last minute request to shorten our stops to get back to the ship a bit earlier than originally planned (with a little bit of help from Google Translate!). Our traveling group of 38 booked through Toursud for round-trip transit in July between Brest airport and Quimper, another one-way trip on the same route, and three round-trip transits to locations in the area around Quimper during the week. I can say without any hesitation that all of our experiences were outstanding: on-time (or early) arrivals for pickup and drop-off, incredibly friendly and flexible drivers, and the coaches, themselves, were all clean and neat. When we experienced flight delays our contacts at Toursud were quickly responsive, no matter the hour, and worked diligently to accommodate our updated schedule - they took all of the worry out of the process, something for which we will be eternally grateful. Absolutely a great service we rented a return bus from the airport and a bus for a day trip. We had a problem around the wrong times created by ourselves and Toursud fix this issue while we were in the air flying to start our holiday. I organised a trip for 21 people from Lyon Airport in to the French Alps. Toursud Coach Hire was responsive and efficient from the first point of contact. The Coach itself was 5 Star on both sectors and our driver Mr. Oliver, was very pleasant and helpful. Roads in and out of the Alps are very busy in high season and Toursud made contact mid week to advise us to consider leaving earlier to ensure on time arrival for our return flight. His driving skills are outstanding and he assisted one of our group who was using a mobility scooter. Without even being asked.

We have just returned from a super weekend of Rugby in La Rochelle with the Navan RFC u12's. Toursud coordinated all of our transfers from 2 airports, Nantes and Bordeaux, and our base on Isle de Re without a single incident. Punctual and efficient! They were also available to transfer us in and out to our games and the Top 14 match which finished late on Sunday night! This match was rescheduled from Sat to Sun at short notice and Arnaud worked hard to manage the changes and ensured we were properly catered for. I would have no hesitation in using Toursud again in the future.

No problem was too big to solve. I booked a bus for 30 cruise ship passengers from Brest to Quimper, with a stop in Locronan on the way back to the ship. Our Toursud buses were the only buses outside of the ship’s excursions that were licensed to pick us up and drop us off on the dock right next to our ship. Our driver, Frederique, was excellent, accommodating our last minute request to shorten our stops to get back to the ship a bit earlier than originally planned (with a little bit of help from Google Translate!). The bus was extremely comfortable and temperature controlled. Thank you again!
