Hey Arnaud, everything was perfect on Tuesday. Mr. Flavien was early, very friendly, and extremely professional (our hotel has a very narrow gate that I have a difficult time driving a car through, and Mr. Flavien was able to drive the large bus through without any problem; several people in the bus started clapping as we passed through the gate). We arrived on time for dinner, and Mr. Flavien was ready for departure on time at 10:15. The ride was very smooth, and all passengers were very grateful for the comfortable ride. The bus was also perfectly clean. Finally, I am really grateful for all of the correspondence with you, Arnaud. It was very easy to plan with you, and I was grateful that you were able to make accomodation when we had to change the plan. Thank you for everything!

Hello Arnaud, Everything with the coaches and the drivers went really well. It went smooth and everything according to plan. We thought the drivers were really nice and welcoming people as well as it was effective. We have nothing to complain about!

The coach was absolutely excellent and the driver was brilliant at taking us around Paris, maximising our time in areas we wanted to visit. We are so grateful for the way he dealt with an unexpected road closure and enabled us to still arrive in good time to catch our final train.
