I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this bus company! We had an unexpected last-minute schedule change and desperately needed to shift our pickup time. Great experience for our road trip to different cities for my dads 80th.

We hired Toursud from Rust to Dijon for our first leg - where we had a huge coach to ourselves and then from Dijon to Paris, when it was two smaller vehicles. All were very clean and comfortable.

The service was great and the drivers were really friendly and professional with a stop half way for us to stretch our legs and get a quick bite to eat.

It was my first time hiring bus transfer for 13 people and lots of luggage, but Arnaud at head office was really great at communicating on email and WhatsApp.

We were given the drivers details 24 hours before on email and WhatsApp which put my mine at ease.

I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I’m in Europe again.

This company is truly excellent.

I was hosting a small conference in France, and needed transport for a group from a hotel to a dinner venue (about a 40 minute drive). TOURSUD was so easy to work with. Here are the highlights:

1. Each time I emailed I heard back with 48 hours (usually less than 24 hours).

2. At one point I had to change the destination for the dinner. TOURSUD handled this without a problem.

3. The bus was early and perfectly clean. It looked brand new. Once of the nicest buses I have ever been on.

4. The driver was extremely professional. He had to drive the bus through a narrow gate at the hotel (I had a hard time driving a regular car through the gate), and did so without a problem. Many people on the bus started clapping when he made it through. The driver just smiled as if it was no big deal.

5. TOURSUD sent a very clear invoice which was easy to pay.

I would definitely use the company again, and strongly recommend this company to anyone needing transportation services.

Arnaud and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Organising a very important return journey from our wedding venue, just outside to Rustiques, to Toulouse airport early on a Sunday morning was very daunting and they were professional and communicative all the way, all from a very simple online application.

The coach provided for 30 people was perfect and accommodated all our luggage and the driver was professional and navigated the tight and difficult roads out of Rustiques expertly.

We were a tired bunch so couldn’t recall much of the journey, but we arrived in Toulouse in plenty of time for the bag drop.

Everything was smooth, reliable, and well organized from start to finish. Our driver, Mr. Belmedi, was always punctual and made sure to arrive at each meeting point well in advance, which made the entire trip very easy and stress-free for our group.

Toursud is the best transport company you can find in Occitanie. We are a Swedish couple who organized our daughter's wedding. The logistics of transporting the guests were extremely complex: the guests were staying in several different locations, some accommodations were located on small roads inaccessible to larger buses, and the events were taking place on two consecutive days. To top it all off, we experienced significant delays in resolving the transport issues; all the companies we contacted refused, except Toursud, which handled everything with elegance, kindness, and professionalism.

Toursud is the absolute best transport company you can find here in Occitanie. We are a Swedish couple who arranged our daughter's wedding, where the logistics of transporting the wedding guests were extremely complicated—guests staying in several different locations, some accommodations located on small roads where no larger buses could get through, and events taking place two days in a row. To top it all off, we were extremely late in solving the transport problems, all the companies we contacted refused the task except Toursud who solved everything elegantly - friendly and extremely professional.

Our traveling group of 38 booked through Toursud for round-trip transit in July between Brest airport and Quimper, another one-way trip on the same route, and three round-trip transits to locations in the area around Quimper during the week. I can say without any hesitation that all of our experiences were outstanding: on-time (or early) arrivals for pickup and drop-off, incredibly friendly and flexible drivers, and the coaches, themselves, were all clean and neat. When we experienced flight delays our contacts at Toursud were quickly responsive, no matter the hour, and worked diligently to accommodate our updated schedule - they took all of the worry out of the process, something for which we will be eternally grateful. Absolutely a great service we rented a return bus from the airport and a bus for a day trip. I was absolutely blown away with Toursoud.
First of all - the communication before the trip with Arnaud was incredible. He required me to give me an itinerary to the minute several weeks in advance - which was fantastic for me as well. He answered all my questions immediately and provided absolutely everything we needed. Can I start by saying we were totally impressed with the level of communication prior to our arrival.

We have just returned from a super weekend of Rugby in La Rochelle with the Navan RFC u12's. Toursud coordinated all of our transfers from 2 airports, Nantes and Bordeaux, and our base on Isle de Re without a single incident. Punctual and efficient! They were also available to transfer us in and out to our games and the Top 14 match which finished late on Sunday night! This match was rescheduled from Sat to Sun at short notice and Arnaud worked hard to manage the changes and ensured we were properly catered for. I booked a mini bus to take my cricket touring party to our venue at Chateaux Giscours 45 minutes outside of Bordeaux.

From morning pick up to evening drop back the process could not have been easier.

I booked a bus for 30 cruise ship passengers from Brest to Quimper, with a stop in Locronan on the way back to the ship. Our Toursud buses were the only buses outside of the ship’s excursions that were licensed to pick us up and drop us off on the dock right next to our ship. Our driver, Frederique, was excellent, accommodating our last minute request to shorten our stops to get back to the ship a bit earlier than originally planned (with a little bit of help from Google Translate!).
