I was absolutely blown away with Toursoud.First of all - the communication before the trip with Arnaud was incredible. He required me to give me an itinerary to the minute several weeks in advance - which was fantastic for me as well. He answered all my questions immediately and provided absolutely everything we needed. Our driver Cerdic was fantastic - he understood exactly what our group of wine lovers needed - he gave us three days, showed us all the famous vineyards and got us everywhere we wanted on time and in order. We have just returned from a super weekend of Rugby in La Rochelle with the Navan RFC u12's. Toursud coordinated all of our transfers from 2 airports, Nantes and Bordeaux, and our base on Isle de Re without a single incident. Punctual and efficient! They were also available to transfer us in and out to our games and the Top 14 match which finished late on Sunday night! This match was rescheduled from Sat to Sun at short notice and Arnaud worked hard to manage the changes and ensured we were properly catered for. I would have no hesitation in using Toursud again in the future.

No problem was too big to solve. The Driver(s) took great care of our Tour Group (Rugby Players and Parents), and in narrow roads and peak traffic delivered us safely to the front of the Hotel doors each time day. I booked a bus for 30 cruise ship passengers from Brest to Quimper, with a stop in Locronan on the way back to the ship. Our Toursud buses were the only buses outside of the ship’s excursions that were licensed to pick us up and drop us off on the dock right next to our ship. Our driver, Frederique, was excellent, accommodating our last minute request to shorten our stops to get back to the ship a bit earlier than originally planned (with a little bit of help from Google Translate!). Access to Cassis with a coach: what you should know

As Cassis is a very attractive place of interest, access by bus is regulated.

In high season (May 1 – Sept 30), buses are not allowed to enter Cassis. They must park at the entrance of the town, at the parking lot called Parking des Gorguettes. From there, passengers have to take a paid tourist train to go to the heart of the village (you have to book the tourist train in advance. Have a look here.

In low season (Oct 1 – April 30), buses can only drop off and pick up at the bus stop called “Gendarmerie”. People then have to walk to the center of Cassis. Have a look here.

How to get to Cassis?

If you come by plane, we can pick you up in Marseille airport, Toulon airport or Nice airport.
If you are travelling by train, the nearest stations to Cassis are Marseille, Hyères and Toulon.
