I organised a trip for 21 people from Lyon Airport in to the French Alps. Toursud Coach Hire was responsive and efficient from the first point of contact. The Coach itself was 5 Star on both sectors and our driver Mr. Oliver, was very pleasant and helpful. Roads in and out of the Alps are very busy in high season and Toursud made contact mid week to advise us to consider leaving earlier to ensure on time arrival for our return flight. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again for our next trip.
I was very happy. The coach was waiting for us at the designated pickup spot exactly on time. The driver was very helpful and friendly. He even had to turn around to bring back a coat someone left onboard, which was very nice of him!

We have just returned from a super weekend of Rugby in La Rochelle with the Navan RFC u12's. Toursud coordinated all of our transfers from 2 airports, Nantes and Bordeaux, and our base on Isle de Re without a single incident. Punctual and efficient! They were also available to transfer us in and out to our games and the Top 14 match which finished late on Sunday night! This match was rescheduled from Sat to Sun at short notice and Arnaud worked hard to manage the changes and ensured we were properly catered for. I would have no hesitation in using Toursud again in the future.
We were very happy with the airport transfers today. It all went very smoothly and there was plenty of room for students' luggage. We especially appreciated having someone meet us at the airport who was in contact with the bus driver. It worked out perfectly!

I booked a bus for 30 cruise ship passengers from Brest to Quimper, with a stop in Locronan on the way back to the ship. Our Toursud buses were the only buses outside of the ship’s excursions that were licensed to pick us up and drop us off on the dock right next to our ship. Our driver, Frederique, was excellent, accommodating our last minute request to shorten our stops to get back to the ship a bit earlier than originally planned (with a little bit of help from Google Translate!). What you need to know to visit Montmartre
Touring coaches are not allowed in the Montmatre tourist district. Our buses and minibuses will drop you off on Boulevard Marguerite de Rochechouart, near the Anvers-Sacré Coeur metro station.

- The Eiffel Tower: coaches park on Avenue Jacques Rueff, a five-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower.
- The Louvre: coaches park at the Carrousel du Louvre, in an underground car park
- Arc de Triomphe: we drop you off at the beginning of Avenue Hoche, here
- Champs-Elysées: coaches are allowed to park in the Cours la Reine here, between Place de la Concorde and the Petit Palais

Registration on the register of travel and holiday operators is valid for three years. It is issued by Atout France, France's tourism development agency. Our IM082170001 registration was issued in 2023 and is valid until 2026. It will be renewed in 2026.
Financial guarantee of €200,000
When you book transport in Paris with Toursud, the sums you pay are protected by a financial guarantee of €200,000, which is compulsory in France. Our financial guarantee is provided by APST (Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme).

You and Coralie were so helpful, fast to respond, and flexible when we were figuring out our dates and funding. Thank you so much for this great service! As for the actual day, everything went smoothly. The driver arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and we got to Geneva earlier than expected which gave us more time to enjoy the day. We arrived in Dijon at 7:50 despite some traffic coming out of Geneva and we were so happy that everything went to plan.
