Hi Arnaud, we had an excellent experience! Firstly, the communications with Toursud in the lead up to the trip were excellent. You and Coralie were so helpful, fast to respond, and flexible when we were figuring out our dates and funding. Thank you so much for this great service! As for the actual day, everything went smoothly. The driver arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and we got to Geneva earlier than expected which gave us more time to enjoy the day. We arrived in Dijon at 7:50 despite some traffic coming out of Geneva and we were so happy that everything went to plan. I don’t know if I will have the opportunity to organise another activity like this, but if I do I will most definitely book with Toursud again, you made everything so easy.

Hi Arnaud, I wanted to thank you and Coralie for the fantastic service you provided for our recent coach hire. Coming from the other side of the world I was a bit worried but I did not need to be as everything ran so smoothly. The coach was very comfortable and clean. Our driver Mr Laurent was excellent. We did have a few laughs as his English was not that good and my French was not good either but we managed to work it out. Thank you for making our trip a great experience.

I was very happy. The coach was waiting for us at the designated pickup spot. The driver was very helpful and friendly. His driving skills are outstanding and he assisted one of our group who was using a mobility scooter. The Toursud coach and service was fantastic. The coach was comfortable and clean. The driver, Mr. Herve, was incredible, kind, and very flexible with timings, which was very helpful for our large group of 35. The driving itself was good as there were no issues with the traffic. The bus was always on time and got us to our destinations in a timely fashion. Overall everyone was quite happy with the entire trip and there are no complaints. Would definitely book again!

Dear Arnaud, the coach supplied was completely satisfactory, thank you very much. We were met on time at the Gard du Nord and were safely and comfortably delivered to our hotel in Azay le Rideau. We were very comfortable in the larger coach and appreciated the change. Stephane was a careful and steady driver and found all the venues without any problems. He was always on time, very courteous and helpful and we all enjoyed his company and his help.
