Arnaud you have been brilliant in dealing with our request for coach transport during our stay in France. From the outset you were clear in what you could provide and the costs involved. As organiser from England I was very impressed with the efficient way you kept me informed and handled any queries and changes to the planned program we made. The invoices were clearly set out and all payments were easily paid as your systems are easily followed. The coach driver provided a first class service, the coach was clean, an appropriate size for our group and he went out of his way to meet all our needs. He was very co operative and showed a clear commitment to ensure our trips were a success and was very approachable and responsive to our needs. Please pass on our thanks to him.
