We were a group of fifteen traveling across southern France. This meant Toursud organized three different buses to hopscotch from place to place. While the prices were on the high side compared to other tours I have booked, the expertise and organization and detailed planning was the best. The buses were all modern and comfortable and the drivers very professional. I wouldn’t h situate to contact Arnaud again for any travel in France.

We used TourSud to arrange all of our coach transfers between our venue and the airports over our wedding weekend & I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They made the whole process seamless, even when one of the flights was delayed.
If you are looking for transfers or transporting large groups of people, I highly recommend liaising with Arnaud & Coralie at Toursud!

5/5 Stars – Exceptional Service and Flexibility!
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this bus company! We had an unexpected last-minute schedule change and desperately needed to shift our pickup time. I was worried it would be a major hassle, but the customer service team was incredibly accommodating, calm, and handled the shift without a single issue.
On the day of the trip, our driver arrived right on time, which took so much stress off our plate. Beyond being punctual, the driver was unbelievably friendly, professional, and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire journey.
If you are looking for a reliable, punctual, and flexible bus company that genuinely cares about its passengers, look no further. We will absolutely be using them again for our future group travel!

Great experience for our road trip to different cities for my dads 80th.
We hired Toursud from Rust to Dijon for our first leg - where we had a huge coach to ourselves and then from Dijon to Paris, when it was two smaller vehicles. All were very clean and comfortable.
The service was great and the drivers were really friendly and professional with a stop half way for us to stretch our legs and get a quick bite to eat.
It was my first time hiring bus transfer for 13 people and lots of luggage, but Arnaud at head office was really great at communicating on email and WhatsApp.
We were given the drivers details 24 hours before on email and WhatsApp which put my mine at ease.
I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I’m in Europe again.

This company is truly excellent.
I was hosting a small conference in France, and needed transport for a group from a hotel to a dinner venue (about a 40 minute drive). TOURSUD was so easy to work with. Here are the highlights:
1. Each time I emailed I heard back with 48 hours (usually less than 24 hours).
2. At one point I had to change the destination for the dinner. TOURSUD handled this without a problem.
3. The bus was early and perfectly clean. It looked brand new. Once of the nicest buses I have ever been on.
4. The driver was extremely professional. He had to drive the bus through a narrow gate at the hotel (I had a hard time driving a regular car through the gate), and did so without a problem. Many people on the bus started clapping when he made it through. The driver just smiled as if it was no big deal.
5. TOURSUD sent a very clear invoice which was easy to pay.
I would definitely use the company again, and strongly recommend this company to anyone needing transportation services.

I used Toursud to provide coach transfers for almost 300 athletes between hotels and sports pitches in Vichy over four days. The coaches were modern, clean and punctual, with friendly drivers who ensured every departure left on time. Arnaud was a pleasure to work with: professional, reliable and always responsive on email, which made coordinating a complex schedule very straightforward. I would happily recommend Toursud for large group transport.

Arnaud and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Organising a very important return journey from our wedding venue, just outside to Rustiques, to Toulouse airport early on a Sunday morning was very daunting and they were professional and communicative all the way, all from a very simple online application.
The coach provided for 30 people was perfect and accommodated all our luggage and the driver was professional and navigated the tight and difficult roads out of Rustiques expertly.
We were a tired bunch so couldn’t recall much of the journey, but we arrived in Toulouse in plenty of time for the bag drop.
Thank you all for your support and service.

I recommend Toursud to everyone (friends, family, strangers), and I will definitely contact them when planning my next trip to France.

We used this company for transportation during our company trip to Reims and had a very good experience throughout.
Everything was smooth, reliable, and well organized from start to finish. Our driver, Mr. Belmedi, was always punctual and made sure to arrive at each meeting point well in advance, which made the entire trip very easy and stress-free for our group.
Even though we did not speak French, Mr. Belmedi was consistently kind, patient, and welcoming towards us, and we always felt safe and well taken care of.
The communication before the trip was also very professional and helpful.
We would gladly use this bus service again and warmly recommend them to others travelling in the Champagne region.

Toursud is the best transport company you can find in Occitanie. We are a Swedish couple who organized our daughter's wedding. The logistics of transporting the guests were extremely complex: the guests were staying in several different locations, some accommodations were located on small roads inaccessible to larger buses, and the events were taking place on two consecutive days. To top it all off, we experienced significant delays in resolving the transport issues; all the companies we contacted refused, except Toursud, which handled everything with elegance, kindness, and professionalism.
We wholeheartedly recommend Toursud!

Our traveling group of 38 booked through Toursud for round-trip transit in July between Brest airport and Quimper, another one-way trip on the same route, and three round-trip transits to locations in the area around Quimper during the week. I can say without any hesitation that all of our experiences were outstanding: on-time (or early) arrivals for pickup and drop-off, incredibly friendly and flexible drivers, and the coaches, themselves, were all clean and neat. When we experienced flight delays our contacts at Toursud were quickly responsive, no matter the hour, and worked diligently to accommodate our updated schedule - they took all of the worry out of the process, something for which we will be eternally grateful. A truly smooth and wonderful experience all around - and all at a completely reasonable cost. We will definitely be recommending Toursud whenever possible, and will ourselves be in touch for any future needs.

I organised a trip for 21 people from Lyon Airport in to the French Alps. Toursud Coach Hire was responsive and efficient from the first point of contact. We were very happy with your services, extra thanks to our drivers on 15th, 19th and on 20th Jul.
Fantastic service and buses every time on schedule, outstanding bus, as you certainly know, not the cheapest, but good value for money.
Send our greetings to all three drives.
And finally thank You Arnod for your continous co-operation.

Toursud arranged a 53 seater coach hire for my group for an event near Pouzac, France in June 2022. The whole process was excellent from start to finish with great communication at every moment along the way - a very professional operation. I would highly recommend using Toursud if you need to arrange a coach hire in France. Thank you Arnaud at Toursud.

I booked a bus for 30 cruise ship passengers from Brest to Quimper, with a stop in Locronan on the way back to the ship. Our Toursud buses were the only buses outside of the ship’s excursions that were licensed to pick us up and drop us off on the dock right next to our ship. Our driver, Frederique, was excellent, accommodating our last minute request to shorten our stops to get back to the ship a bit earlier than originally planned (with a little bit of help from Google Translate!). The bus was extremely comfortable and temperature controlled. Thank you again!

Arnaud was just so wonderful, helpful & resourceful! We had a last-minute request for a coach, and Arnaud came through for us. The driver arrived on-time, was professional, polite & drove with care. We had quick responses to our safety concerns during the recent riots & travel times. Will absolutely use this company again and highly recommend their services!

Arnaud (Toursud) helped us source coaches for our wedding guests in a tricky part of southern France. Everything on the day went perfectly and he was always friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

We booked a bus for a group of 20 people to travel from Bayeux to Rouen to Paris using Coach-Hire-France/Toursud. Arnaud was very helpful and easy to communicate with during the planning process. On the day of the bus ride, everything worked very smoothly -- the bus was on-time, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend working with Coach-Hire-France/Toursud.
